Have you ever seen a television thrown through a window?
Have you ever seen a television being thrown through a window?

Now can I say :

Have you ever seen a television BE thrown through a window?

As a native speaker, all I can say is it doesn’t sound like the way I would phrase it. I would use “being thrown.” However all three sentences still make sense and would be understood. There is nothing grammatically wrong with saying “be thrown,” (nor with any of the examples you proposed) but it just isn’t the common way to say it.
