How to use twice, twofold, doubled? Are my sentences correct? The number of accidents this week is twice as much as last week. The number of accidents has doubled since last week. The number of accidents has increased twofold since last week. Can I use preposition 'on' instead of 'since'? Please correct my mistakes.

They’re correct, but the first one sounds awkward. The other sentences are good alternatives or another is There were twice as many accidents this week as last week. This changes your structure but keeps the twice.
