If the file you are attaching includes other items as well as the work order, then you need to make a small change: "Please find the work order in the attached file" If the person had asked for it, I would say "As requested, please find attached the work order" or "Please find attached the work order as requested". Or, if the file contains multiple items (not just the work order), "As requested, please find the work order in the attached file".
