What does (going around) mean here?
I never generalise people and think oh, this one person did it so they must ALL be the same. That is simply not true. Every one is their own individual person with their own thoughts and beliefs,( going around) thinking that everyone thinks the same is ludicrous.

‘Going around’ here means to go about your life, so to carry on living.

Good day Hazem, thank you for your question.
In the context specified above 'going around' could take several meanings. The meaning that seems reprehensible from my viewpoint is a simple placeholder for going through your life, as if, living your life with a certain mindset of "thinking that everyone thinks the same".
For instance, here is an example to specify your question:
I've been going around believing that math won't help me in my career, oh how wrong I was.
If you have any questions left make sure to text me at any time and if you'd still have questions we'll arrange a lesson, I've recently became a teacher so there are a lot of free time slots.
Keep it up Hazem.)

In this context, going around means going about one's life. You can also say "going about" or "walking around/about".
