First sentence is fine. Second sentence could either be: "He feels comfortable in such conditions" or "He feels more comfortable in these conditions". Based on the context of the photo linked, it would sound more natural to say: "He must be tired from working. This is how he likes to relax." Hope this helps.

You could say: "He's tired from work and he wants to have a rest. He feels comfortably in these conditions" I would probably say: "He's tired from work and wants to take a rest. He feels comfortably in this situation" (or "environment" instead of situation)

Hello John :) he's tired of ( not from)work and he wants to rest. or if you want to use have, you can say have a break/have a rest . he feels comfortable in such a condition.
