Are these sentences OK ? Nappy related phrases! in Cantonese
Let me check your nappy : 等我檢查吓你條尿片。
Wow! We need to change your nappy!: 嘩！要換尿布片喇！
Your nappy is dry: 你條尿布片仲係乾嘅。
Your nappy is wet: 你條尿布片濕咗。
Can it be spoken more colloquially? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I'd say this instead -
等我睇吓你條尿片先！
嘩！要換尿片喇！
你條尿片仲係乾嘅。
你條尿片濕咗喎。
尿片/尿布 are different things, the latter is what people used before diapers came along, literally pee cloth, it's supposedly better as it's more permeable than a diaper.
I've added 'tags' to the lines 1 and 4 to bring more life to it, which as you know is the essence of cantonese!
