I just Google-translated it and it came up as "you try my specialty". This is a bit of an odd sentence in English when the word "you" is added. "You try" makes it sounds forceful and impolite. I will word it better in English:
"Try my specialty". (This sounds more polite, as if you are offering something.)

Or you could ask it as a question: "Do you want to try my specialty?"
