Hello, The right sentence is "ll m'envoie". "Il envoie moi"would be a grammatical error.It does not exist in the french language. The "me" always has to be before the verb in this kind of sentence. The sentence "I miss you "have always be a problem to quite understand for me too because in french it is reverse. You just have to think that when you translatein french, the you become the subject and is at the beginning of the phrase. I don't know if i am clear enough.....

Il m’envoie is correct. Il envoie moi is not. With an affirmative imperative sentence, moi is placed after the verb such as envoie-moi un cadeau Tu vas me manquer means I am going to miss you/ you are going to be missing from me. It’s a specific construction with the verb se manquer. In French, the person missed is the subject of the sentence, whereas in English, the person missed is the object. Tu vas me has no meaning by itself. Tu vas means you are going.
