[English] The use of "Specially"
Hi. I' m thinking about the difference between "Especially" and "Specially". As far as I understand, "Specially" is normally used with a purpose, so it is normally with some action verbs like "make", "prepare", "give", something like that.
But then, is "Specially" not natural to be used with some adjectives that cannot have any purpose? For example,
1) She is specially beautiful
2) It is raining specially a lot
And how about the following?
3) I specially like him
4) I specially hate him
I understand that they are like "in a special way" unlike using "especially" instead. My question is not whether it is correct or not, but whether it is "common" or not.
Thank you!
