Hello Bella, **The construction refers to the act of establishing a structure , the process itself ,while the structure refers to the parts constituting this construction. **There are construction phases , different phases of the process of putting parts of a building or design together for example. The structure is completed when the construction phases are done. **The construction of a system needs putting all parts together in order to build a well integrated structure.
