I have learnt English in Ireland. And it was very, very good.
I found ut that some phrses are very different in the US, and again very different in Australia. In both countries, people spell words differntly, sometimes, too. For instance "theatre" (Ireland), theater (US). And in Australia they often write nouns with capitals (which is great, since my mother-tongue is German).
Important is: Once you know one, you will get along in any part of the world.
