what is the differnce between Hain,Ho and Nahin,Nahi??

Nahi and Nahin are the same which mean No. For eg. Mere paas kalam "Nahi/Nahin" hain.
There's no word such as Ho.
Hain in the sense, its there. For eg. Kya tumhare paas mobile "Hain"?
