Hi There is a site called livemocha.com which is the one i use and it's excellent. You read writel speak and listen,, and submit your work, which will then be reviewed by native speakers. And above all it's totally free !!! good luck and i hope you love it as much as i do :)

I have found one with turkish speaking avatars at: http://turkish.pgeorgalas.gr/indexEn.htm It has alphabet, phrases etc. with quite good pronunciation.
