The customer is everything for a salesman on duty. A quote of a salesman: "To my customer: I may not have the answer, but I'll find it. I may not have the time, but I'll make it. I may not be the biggest, but I'll be the most committed to your success.”

If you are a business owner, the customer is your boss. You exist to serve your customers, and give them what they want (for a price). If you are not giving your customers what they want, they will not give you their money, and you will loose your business.

Do you agree... ?* No, I don't agree. I think the customer is important, but not always the most one. To success you need to know how to combine them with some others important stuff.
