We have the expression in USA that is:
 Its what my doctor ordered.
Example: Yummy... yummy, it's delicious! it's what my doctor ordered
When you desagree with someone about the food. You dont like the same food.
Example: Michael says: Yummy... yummy, its delicious! its what my doctor ordered.
Victor says: Ohh, you must get a second doctor's opinion.

Or...
Just look for another  doctor.
