a dirty mind refers to people whose moral code is different from other people's, usually to immoral people, sometimes wrongly
some people less intelligent than me say that I have a dirty mind
(smart people rarely throw away such accusations)
however I know people very well and I know myself
all people are similar, you know (though turn out to be so different)
this is a philosophical question
not everybody really can understand

" a dirty mind" is ilke 'slang' for perverted.
If someone has a dirty mind then they are really perverted like that.
They're normally someone who cracks alot of sexual jokes or takes everything the wrong way.
Example:
A) I can't get my shoe on.
B) Why?
A) IT won't fit It's too big!
B) *laughs* HAHAHAHA!!
A) Oh, you have such a dirty mind.
