How do you know if a language teacher is qualified or not?

Hello RSagum, If I got most of my inquires all answered satisfactorily I would think of my teacher as being a good reliable one. If his/her methods of explaining are clear and encompassing, organized and logically coherent I will think of them as qualified ones.
