Why people used cat or dog in their profile picture in Facebook/italki?
its strange if i see in Facebook and other social network that i see someone using cat/dog as their profile picture. maybe the are animal lover or what?
i don't have any idea about it, do you have any opinion?

If you have a cat or a dog and you want to show it to the entire world, well... do it ! if you have no animals but you think a kittie is cuter than your face... put the cat ! (or dog) . I see nothing wrong with it. No reason to judge or think about misterious intentions ...

I sometimes use cat/dog pics in my profile. The reason is that i love them (they're so lovely, aren't they?) and i havent wanted to use my real pic.
