What does "your correspondent" here mean? I don't think it means your journalist and the like.... Could someome explain the last sentence for me please? In this context it does mean "your journalist". The person reporting the story used the term to refer to himself/herself. "Correspondent" has a couple different meanings but here it's "journalist/reporter." You mean.. "your" means the ones are reading the article, and correspondent is refer to the writer, it's just like the mom says "Baby~~ Don't be so naughty, your mom's busy right now!" right?
