的——在形容静止的东西时用，比如“美丽的花”，adjective. 地——在后面是动词的时候用，在形容动作时用，比如“努力地奔跑”，adverb. 得——表示的是程度，比如“睡得很香”“跑得很快”

正不正规都一样。毕竟是一种语言，得保留它的传统。 Answer: “的”is used before the noun. “地”is used before the verb. “得”is used behind the verb.
