Find a Language Teacher - You can find a professional teacher when you click on 'Language Teachers' to formally instruct you. Or you can hire a tutor to help you with your homework or materials.

Either you expose yourself with the language mindset as often and as heavily as possible (movies are the most effective. Books too), or you live in the country where that language officially resides. Try at least 1 year. Guaranteed!

look Eman, take from one who tried. If you read hundreds of books and attend thousands of English lessons it will NOT affect your talking, it will help but not in talking and pronounciation itself. Lot of ppl know most English grammers and know thousands of word BUT couldn't establish a fluent speaking. So, what is the solution? Regarding to my experience, it is one and only one. PRACTICING it. Talk english as much as you can,anywhere and with anyone and you will notice the improvement your self after multiple times of mistakes . Until you become a fluent speaker. cheers..

First of all take a grammar book, ...... and then burn the book to ash. .... Give the ash a glass of water ..... and drink it ..... After that run as fast as posible, while you talk and talk just talk in English ....... I guarantee after that you can speak fastly in English ............ Ha, ha, ha ..... I'm joking .....
