I looked for such a website but , it was little and many Japanese subtitles in archive seemed to be translated based on English subtitle and not purely ripped subtitle. so , I think it's worthless to watch. While it's easy to rip English subtitle from DVD with OCR , it's hard to rip Japanese subtitle from Japanese DVD with OCR because Kanji is various and complicated . so , It can't prevail in internet. If you want some subtitles about specific movies , you should download DVD-iso released in Japan with accurate Japanese subtitle somehow and all you have to do is to modify image file of subtitle for what you want. There are many useful tools. I think so-called "OTAKU japanese" must have many DVD-isos about Manga. That kind of people will help you to get accurate Japanese subtitle . It's the story of looking for Japanese subtitle. If I want English subtitle about Japanese manga , I am searching on Google with inquiry word "the title of the movie and English subtitle "
