If you will loan me money, then you can be my friend.
If you will loan me money that i don't have to pay back, then you can be my best friend. :P

Is it a question? If so, it means "Do your friends loan you money?"
You can answer "yes" or "no"

It means "Your friends loaned money to you."
I am not sure how you want to answer that.
