This is not tagalog. It is a text SMS message from the phone or an IM message from a chat. It is saying, You really amaze me my love, and the reply means (laughing) The impression projects a real teacher image however it is a telephone number the book he is holding. This actually does not make too much of a sense because there is something wrong the words are putted together. The telephone number is quite a little bit odd. It maybe coded or they mean something else. The one who made this sentence is quite poor in Tagalog maybe meaning that he is not from the Main region that really speaks tagalog because the way the words were placed are not right or not much coherent.

Comment: "tlaga naman c love!!" the Tagalog expression "TALAGA NAMAN" cannnot be transliterated to English language as it i just an expression to give emphasis to what the other person is doing. the word "SI" is a part of a sentence like the articles "THE" and "A" in English language but in Tagalog, when you use the word "SI" it is followed by the name of the other person. that sentence is tagalog... 1st =this sentence son't have equivalent words in englis but its jst tantamount saying like "oh my love" 2nd sentence -he is such a teacher but its a telephone book that he is holding...
