Well, if you mean the dark/black circles under the eyes, it helps to rub a little almond oil under and around the eyes before you sleep. It also helps to sleep at a regular time every night (with at least six hours, or whatever works for you), drinking lots of water, eating lots of fruits and vegetable, exercise and to use moisturizing cream on your whole face. Not sure which method works the best, but a combination of things really does the trick. =D
