Questions arising from 어떻게 하죠?
I learnt this sentence from my daily Korean site lessons today 어떻게 하죠? they translated it as 'What should I do?' But 어떻게 means how I thought, so is it better to think of this as How do I do it? Because what should I do is also like asking what (activity etc) shall I do

Also is OK to use this structure to say 어떻게 말하죠? How do I say? like maybe... Garden는 한국어로 어떻게 말하죠? ( how do you say garden in Korean?)

Also while I was looking at this structure online I found people using 어떻게 말해? Is it exactly the same as 어떻게 말하죠 and used in the same situations? What is the difference between saying 하죠 and 말해?

I'm from Korea.

In my opinion,

1. "어떻게 하죠?" can mean 'What should I do?' OR 'How do I do it?' depending on the situation.

2. "Garden을 한국어로 어떻게 말하죠?"  OR "Garden은 한국어로 어떻게 말하죠?" would be fine.
(Garden is 정원 in Korean.)

3. "어떻게 말해?" and "어떻게 말하죠?" have the same meaning. But it is rude to use "어떻게 말해?" to older persons, superiors, strangers, etc. "어떻게 말해?" is only for VERY close friends younger than you or the same age as you. You may have to get their approval before you use that kind of sentence(it's a form of "반말"). Without their approval, they may be offended by it.

Just to add, the 죠 ending is in fact a contracted form of 지요.
어떻게 하죠 = 어떻게 하지요

The former is often used because that's the way you normally hear it.

By the way, are you learning korean online only? Online lessons are great for practising, but I think nothing can replace a good grammar book. It seems to me that your lessons are too general, with very little focus on grammar.

It's quite a bit interesting question.:) 

1) "어떻게" can be translated in two ways in English, 
literally it can be "HOW", but sometimes it can be "WHAT". 

For example, 
What's your address? 
"주소가 어떻게 됩니까" is more natural than "주소가 무엇입니까?" 
What do you think of my new car? 
"내 새차 어떻게 생각해?" is more natural 
How's the weather there? or What's the weather like there? 
"거기 날씨 어때요?" 
What would you do if I said no 
"내가 안된다고 한다면 어떻게 하시겠습니까?" 
etc... 
As you can see it, there are no rules in here, just should get used it.:) 

2) Yes, you are right. 
You can start with "how do you(I/Koreans) say A in Korean" or 
"What do you call A in Korean" 

3) "말해" and "말하죠" are the same meaning except the level of the politeness. 
As CHL said above, "말해" can be used to a friend or younger persons while "말하죠" is a polite version of "말해". 

Looking at the politeness of it, 
"어떻게 말해야 합니까?" (very polite) 
"어떻게 말해야 하죠?(or 말하죠?)" (a bit polite) 
"어떻게 말해?" (between close friends)
