it is the conjugated form for "vous"
together they mean "Would You Like to...?"

Voulez vous is the conjugation of Vouloir.it means: Do you want to or you would like...?in french,conjugated form of the verb is a little difficult in grammar.But I think it's nothing for you,you are so clever my dear mimi.加油！我支持你:)
