Title could be "どういえばいいですか (Dou ieba iidesuka) ”
Ｏｒ ”どうゆう言い方がいいですか (Douyuu iikata ga iidesuka)”
It depend on your circumstances:
If you would like to be polite and formal, you would say
Please marry me

Will you marry me (please)?

If you would like to be more intimate
