A relative pronoun, usually meaning "that", "which" or "who".
Mi hermano es el hombre que salió.
My brother is the man WHO left.
It´s also used together with "tener" to express "I have to"
Tengo que aprender más Español.
I have to learn more Spanish.

El pronombre relativo QUE, tiene su propio significado en Español.
QUE, es el de más uso, porque se refiere a personas y/o a cosas.
