How to say "Проведенное исследование посвящено изучению ..." in wright way?
"The research is devoted..." is one variant but is it wright? It seems very short...and! if I say "devoted" what preposition should I use after this verb? Is it "to" or "for" or something else?

И "исследование", и "изучение" по-английски – "research" или "investigation", поэтому, чтобы избежать тавтологии и облегчить восприятие предложения, его можно сократить:
The carried out research is devoted..
Далее идёт сам объект исследования, например: ..to environmental safety (а не "..to investigation of environmental safety").
Вместо "devote" можно использовать "aim". Но тогда лучше так:
The aim of the investigation is..

"is devoted to" is correct, English has a way of saying things in not too many words in some cases. Something is always devoted TO something/someone.
