möchte - von: mögen, wollen = to like to
"Er fühlt sich heute nicht gut und (er) möchte am liebsten zu Hause bleiben."
(He doesn't feel well today and (he) would like to stay at home.)
"Ihr fühlt euch heute nicht gut und (ihr) möchtet am liebsten zu Hause bleiben."
(You don't feel well today and (you) would like to stay at home.) (plural)
"Möchtet Ihr zu Hause bleiben?"
(Would you like to stay at home?) (plural)
I - ich möchte
you - du möchtest /Sie möchten
he/she/it - er/sie/es möchte
we - wir möchten
you - ihr möchtet /Sie möchten
they - sie möchten

It's ALWAYS möchte. "möchte" comes form the imperfect conjugation "mochte". Now you already know there is no final "t" on those.
