What do you need to be a strong willed person? What is the source of your will power? I think that if you have been raised by your parents to have strong personal values and ideas about the world, then you will have a lot of will power as well.

Focus and commitment. Peoples want to organize everyone, they want their friend to be that, their parents to be like this, their husband to be this kind and their wife to be those kind. Peoples want to be on control on everything, have their will be executed by anything arround them. While the fact is, they don't have any power or capability to control their environment except if the environment aggree. The only one they can ultimately control, and apply such of Tyrany, is their ownselves. Their eyes, body, hand, mind, emotion, appear as a civilian at their Caliphate, now it is depend on the Caliph. In short, you already in control on your will power, and if you want to be a "willed" person, you can just command yourselves be a "willed" person. You totaly have a control to be what ever you are, and your environment have nothing to do about that. Think about it.
