How many lessons a week should I have is one enough or should I do more

That depends on your goals,time and budget. Two lessons is better than one of course. But one lesson is better than none.

It depends on your objectives, how fast you want to progress, and how much independent work you can do. I would recommend thinking holistically about how many hours a week you can dedicate in general, not only to lessons.
