Will you tell me if this sentence I wrote is correct? "The subsidy for students is limited to one person, and the school may determine the number of days for receiving living expenses, neither exceeding 14 days nor including those after the project schedule." What I'd like to say is that the maximum of days for subsidized living expenses is 14, and those 14 days can not be after the project ends. Thank you!

Your explanation isn’t entirely clear because of the use of ‘schedule’ which may be vague. Can the project be extended or shortened to a different length than originally scheduled? It’s also unclear whether receiving the subsidy is possible before the start of the project. Also, it’s not clear when and how the decision to offer the subsidy is made.
Some ideas:
The school has the option of offering a living expense subsidy for the lesser of 14 days and the project duration.
The school has the possibility of offering a living expense subsidy of up to 14 days for a single student during the project.
The school has the possibility of offering a living expense subsidy of up to 14 days for a single student. The subsidy cannot be received after the final day of the project.
The school has the possibility of offering a living expense subsidy for the project duration, up to a maximum of 14 days.

I don’t understand “the subsidy for students is limited to one person”. Do you mean “this scholarship will be awarded to just one student?”
