Hello, im in jakarta, Indonesia, it's 10pm now, I havent been out since maybe around 5pm today, so I'm not really sure about the outside condition right now, but as I can see through my window the sky is cloudy and its a little bit windy. Actually the weather in Indonesia is not really good lately, its rainy season right now, and some places were hit by terrible floods some times ago.

I haven’t been out since, maybe around 5pm today, so I'm not really sure about the conditions outside right now but what I can see through my window is; the sky is cloudy and it’s a little bit windy. Actually, the weather in Indonesia is not really good lately, it’s the rainy season and some places were hit by terrible floods some times ago.

You have already set the scene that you are talking about now and you have used right now once (although you don’t need it using it gives emphasis). The second right now feels to the reader that you are over stressing this time period and in my opinion is not required. Some time ago is quite vague it would usually be said as:a few years ago or in the 90s or when I was young or 10 or so years ago. Some time ago sounds like an historic event.
