Hello, Valeriya!
Timetable is used to mean two things:
1. A list with the times at which particular events will happen. In North American English they usually use the word “schedule” instead.
2. A plan of when you expect particular events to happen. Both timetable and schedule are used, but schedule is commoner.

I think the timetable is more often used in the school and classes, its more official thing. But the schedule is more personalized, for example if you are a student, you probably say‘I will check my class timetable’,but if you are not and someone wanna ask for you a drink, you probably will say‘I will check my schedule to see when I got the free time’.
