Can I pay for someone else's class of a different language using my debit card?

For example: I'm learning Korean, and I can use my debit card to pay for a Korean class on italki.

But, can I pay for a French class for one of my friends on italki using my debit card? Or will italki report that something suspicious is happening with my debit card, or what would happen?

I think you can buy vouchers to give to your friend as a gift. That essentially pays for their class.

If you click "Buy italki Credits", you will see there is an option to buy a gift card. You probably buy it and have to enter in your friends email, so it is sent to them.
