In the fact, relationships which building or maintaining on social networks are very unstable because of knowing each other less than reality, I thought in social networks, people make efforts that they are very sufficient, and they have all benefits which could help them to make a stronger relationship.
But I think that knowing each other on the base of reality, help people to estimate themselves and the other side, because of this I recommend that knowing each other in reality not on the social networks.

social networks, people make an effort to show that they are very content, and they
have all the benefits which could help them form stronger relationships. But I
think that knowing each other in reality helps people know themselves and others better. Because of this I recommend knowing each other in reality and not on social networks.
I wasn’t sure what you meant by “estimating themselves”
