I have some experiences of online fraud. I received the message from delivery company. I didn't use that service, but the message were written that "we took away a baggage cause of unknown destination." This is called phishing scam. I was going to enter my id and password, but I searched on the internet. we should search on the internet and examine that website or email is real.

I guessed when I said "returned." Normally a package that can't get to the destination is returned to the sender, not taken away or discarded.
Baggage usually refers to suitcases or bags that you put your things in, when travelling on a plane or bus. Package is the word you would use for something sent by a courier or by post. Baggage travels with you. Packages travel alone.
