I came across an interesting article online about the foods which is not good for your body when being hungry in the morning. Some food when being hungry in the morning can deteriorate healthy stomach. So, we need to pay attention to them because it makes you uncomfortable and also develops into bad stomachache and indigestion. Here are some representative food which we should avoid eating in the morning. 1)Sweet potato. It is popular as a substitute for breakfast because it makes you feel full. Starch and tannin which sweet potato includes stimulates stomach walls and makes stomach uncomfortable. It can promote stomach acid secretion and take a toll on stomach when hungry. 2)Coffee. Caffeine triggers stomach acid secretion and makes stomach uncomfortable when you have a cup of coffee on an empty stomach. So, you'd better have some coffee 30 minutes after meal when you have a habit of drinking coffee. 3)Banana. It is often chosen as quick breakfast. Magnesium in bananas can lose balance with potassium in blood and put strain on cardiovascular. So, you should eat in conjunction with other food. 4)Milk. It can make you feel bloated and cause diarrhea when you drink cold milk on an empty stomach. Calcium can promote stomach acid secretion and stimulate stomach walls.
