The way I see things, each business needs a process to become successful but here processes they have to surpass. On the one hand, having a good leader is essential to clarify the path to reach their business goals. To be specific, much entrepreneurship died in the first months just because the leader didn't have the strength in those days. On top of that, Leaders must find out hard-skilled workers to ensure the capacity of their business to solve complex tasks. Because of those perspectives, In my view having a leader is the most important part for a business to manage.
