I want to improve my reading comprehension and I'm wondering what kind of courses should I take.
My English leave is B2 and should I take courses like IELTS or TOEFL but just for reading comprehension?

There’s no real point in doing IELTS or TOEFL just to test your reading. You can find test papers online and check your answers. If you find you don’t understand why answers are correct, you can ask here.
