Hi Dare

If you know what ABSTRACT is and what a NOUN is you are nearly there.
Just combine those together and you arrive at abstract noun. A noun you can not touch.
They usually are ideas, feelings or qualities such as love, hate, kindness, fear, anger, imagination, courage, intelligence and so on.

Do you think a chair is an abstract noun?
