I belong to Peshawar, Pakistan, so if someone visits Peshawar, I think he/she shouldn't miss Kabli Polaw. It's basically the best quality rice with beef, and it's widely available in Peshawar, almost in all the restaurants. I personally have tried so many dishes in many countries including Italy, which is famous for its cousins, but still, Kabli Polaw is my favorite dish.
