Nowadays Chinese word “tangping” which means lying flat and “bailan” which means going to seed are popular among young people. Most of them are faced with too much pressure and anxiety so some of them choose to lie flat or go to seed while others just jokingly say so instead of actually giving up. Sometimes when we have too much pressure it’s not a bad idea to lie flat or go to seed for a little while to let us refresh.

The verb "refresh" requires a direct object.
What do you mean by "some of them just say so"? Do you mean that they say that they are lying flat or going to seed without really meaning it?

I think I've heard or read the phrase "go to seed" maybe once before. I had to look it up to be sure what it means. Here, do you intend for it to mean something like "deteriorate" or "decay"? That doesn't sound quite right with the context, so I'm not sure. Or perhaps a similar expression is "to fall apart". I'm not sure. In my experience, "go to seed" is not not used commonly enough to be the best way to translate a word from Chinese into English. I'd rephrase and use a word or phrase that is more standard English. As always, I hope to be helpful. :)
