Salut, Daria ! Je ne veux pas dire que c’est « interdit » de mettre un déterminant (un, une, des...) après il/elle est, mais c’est très peu habituel. En général on n’utilise il/elle est que avec des noms non modifiés (p. ex. il est prof). En revanche, on a l’habitude d’utiliser c’est avec un nom modifié (ou avec un nom précédé d’un déterminant) : c’est un bon prof. J’espère l’avoir bien expliqué. Dis-moi si tu as des questions !
