Hi Sâmeque! I have attached the definitions of the phrases with the examples.
In short, “to feel at ease” means to feel relaxed and comfortable.
“Feel free to do something” is an imperative. You are telling someone to feel relaxed and comfortable to do something.
Hope this helps!

Hello!
"feel free to..."
This should be used when you want to inform someone that they are allowed to do something and that they should feel welcome to do that exact thing. For example "feel free to contact me whenever you need someone to talk to".
"feel at ease in..."
This should be used when specifically trying to relax somebody in a certain situation. For example "I hope you feel at ease in the knowledge that your illness is not serious."
Hope that helps!
Chris
