Can I say “me no sleeping”? Is it understandable? I’m not trying to be formal or writing correctly? It just came out of my mind but I don’t know if it’d have sense.

writing correctly? It just came out of my mind but I don’t know if it’d have
sense.
If you meant that you are not going to sleep because of something that you want to complete before the end of the day, you can say "no sleep for me".
If you meant to say that you are awake, you can say " I am not sleeping"
