Abstract of my graduation thesis.Please check it for me.Thank you! At the age of grave corrupt, it’s just the time to set up our own assets declaration system. As early as 240 years ago, there has been assets declaration system in Sweden yet. Citizen could check up the financial situation of their officeholders as long as they want. Various of countries are taking part in setting up the system one after another in that they can build a better society. It’s a lot of advantages to set up the system, of course, in all of these advantages, preventing officeholders from corrupt is the most important function. Nowadays, our country just like a newborn baby who never know this strange world. So in my opinion, we can just take example from American and France in that we can build the system as soon as possible. American or France both have totally different national condition and genealogy of law from our country, but I think it doesn’t matter. Because many genealogy of law are getting closer and closer in the day of today. When we take the example from other countries ,we should pay attention to use them more conform to our own country. Legislation must be the best way to set up the assets declaration system.
