I completed a series of lessons with Natalie having already a fairly advanced level of English (B2–C1) and a very clear goal: to refresh and strengthen my language skills for professional use in the tourism industry. From the very beginning, Natalie made me feel understood, supported, and motivated. Thanks to her experience, professionalism, and genuine empathy, she helped me make real progress in a short time. She designed a programme perfectly tailored to my specific needs, combining grammar revision, listening practice, and speaking activities. Everything was carefully structured to expand my vocabulary, improve fluency, and, above all, increase my confidence in using English at work. Beyond her teaching skills, Natalie is a truly pleasant person to talk to — intelligent, cultured, and intellectually curious. I want to express my gratitude to my teacher Natalie for her patience. She always explains the grammar in detail and makes it easy. She has interesting topics for conversation at my level. In my opinion the lessons are enjoyable and built very competently. In A1 I learnt basic vocabulary and now can watch videos, animations and understand. I can listen to beautiful songs and actually hear the lyrics. I can describe and compare things. I discovered common idioms and expressions. It’s always a pleasure to have a conversation and I feel progress. Can’t wait to start next level A2.

I’m currently taking a B1 intermediate level course with Natalie. I’ve started as a beginner with A1 not so long ago and I see the real difference. I can speak without pausing, have no trouble reading and understanding articles and watching movies without subtitles. I’m motivated, delighted with results and working towards B2. I am at the beginning of my language journey and I like to work with Natalie because she understands my needs and goals. She is a friendly and highly professional, considerate and open-minded teacher. We finished A1 level last week and I started to feel more confident in speaking. Now I understand basic English grammar, but before it was my big fear. Natalie always sends me detailed homework and additional educational materials. They include beautiful songs and interesting animations, I watched them with my little son as a family activity. I enjoy our lessons because with Natalie learning seems so easy even when the topic is difficult. And of course, after this experience, I have 100 % result in A1 grammar test!
